Our Policies

All of the details so there are no surprises. When you book – you agree to ALL of our policies. 

· Please book for the day of the celebration. We will install the night BEFORE your booking and will remove the day after. 

· Signs are installed after 6pm the day before the booking and are removed anytime between 10am and 10pm the day after the booking. 

·  Payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm/hold your reservation

·  Do not all anyone to move, play on or around the signs including children and pets

·  When we send your invoice, we will request a picture of your house and the area you want it in your yard. If you do not send a picture, we are not responsible for placing the sign in the wrong yard and/or yard location. There is an additional $25 fee to move the sign

·  You will be invoiced and responsible for any damaged rental signs or theft. Setups can costs more than $500. You will be charged $10 per each damaged letter/item. Please take care of our signs! We want many people to be able to enjoy them! 

·  Please water the yard the day before or morning of to ensure our signs easily go into the ground. If a pencil can go into the ground, so can our signs. This is VERY important during the dry summer months.

·  We reserve the right to use yard stands at our discretion

·  Please do not throw away, move, vandalize or uninstall our signs. If you are unhappy, please contact us right away. 

·  Please mow your grass or schedule your lawn service BEFORE your scheduled install date. 

·  Yard Party Pittsburgh, LLC is not responsible for any injury or damage to any property that is caused during the installation, removal or the duration of when our signs are installed. 

·  PLEASE take lots of pictures and send them to us or post them to our page. We love to see our customers!! 

Refund Policy 

·  Cancellations must be made 24 hours before your scheduled install date. If you need to cancel you will receive EITHER a 50% refund or you can use the full amount for a credit within the following 6 months (subject to availability). 

·  The signs can be installed in moderate rain, wind and snow. We cannot install in extreme weather. We will do our best to work with you and reschedule. Extreme weather includes lightning and thunderstorms, heavy rain, winds over 19 miles per hour or severe snow or ice. 

·  No refunds will be given if the homeowner requests we remove the sign early

·  No refunds will be given for circumstances that prevent us from installing the sign that are out of our control (gated community, unsafe animals etc.)

·  We refunds will be given if we are given the wrong address or the wrong booking date.
